Some of the workers at Showboat got good news. The parent company for Showboat, Caesar’s Entertainment, has placed 470 employees of Showboat with other jobs inside of the company. Showboat is shuttering with the holiday weekend and more than 2,000 people were going to be out of work. The casino announced that those 470 workers would continue to work for Caesar’s at different properties.
