SHOULD YOU BE TICKETED FOR A BLOWN TAIL LIGHT?

A key Senate committee approved a measure that will allow police in the Garden State to give you a ticket if you do not have two working brake lights.  The Senate Transportation Committee approved a measure unanimously on Thursday that would require at least two rear brake lights to work.  The measure now advances to the full Senate.
