SHOULD YOU BE ALLOWED TO TEXT WHILE STOPPED?

You should not be allowed to send a text message while your vehicle is stopped at a red light, stop sign, or while you are in a traffic jam.  That’s the intent of a new bill introduced by Senator Richard Codey who believes texting should be prohibited even while your vehicle is stopped.  The National Motorists Association is coming out hard against this proposed bill.
