SHOULD PAROCHIAL SCHOOLS GET PUBLIC DOLLARS FOR SECURITY?

Parochial and private schools would receive public dollars for security measures inside their buildings if a new proposed law in Trenton gets traction.  An Assembly committee approved a bill that would make those schools eligible for state funding to prevent security threats and terrorism attacks.  The proposed law would make $25 per student available to parochial and private schools.
