A 33 year old Atlantic City woman was killed during a traffic accident on Saturday night in Egg Harbor Township. Police say Chez James was walking on the highway when she was struck by a vehicle driven by 49 year old Orlando Garcia of Pleasantville. Police continue to investigate, but Garcia has not been charged.
