SHORE MEDICAL CENTER NURSES WILL STRIKE OCTOBER 8TH

A major job action is looming at Shore Medical Center in Somers Point. Nurses plan to go on strike on October 8th, and the strike is expected to be around the clock. Nurses have notified the hospital of the ob action and have provided adequate notice, per law. The hospital and union officials have been at the bargaining table but have unable to reach a new contract.
