SHOOTING SUSPECT MAKES FIRST APPEARANCE IN COURT

A murder suspect was brought to court for the first time since his arrest on Monday. The Press of Atlantic City reports that Jason M. Thorn was read the officials charges against him, which include first-degree murder. Bail remains at $1 million for Thorn. If convicted on the murder charge, Thorn will spend between 30 years to life in prison.
