The Wildwoods were named Smarter Travel’s Best Beach Town for a Classic Experience for 2010. The Wildwoods were selected by Smarter Travel because of it’s unique combination of classic attractions available to beach-goers including an award-winning boardwalk complete with three amusement piers, three world-class waterparks, carnival games, arcades, shops and food, along with free concerts and Friday-night fireworks all summer long. The Wildwoods offer visitors a classic experience for the entire family with one of the tallest and fastest wooden coasters in the Northeast, the Great White, and Family Fun Nights every Thursday throughout summer which include parades, clowns and stilt walkers.
