The Press of Atlantic City reports that the Reverend Al Sharpton will be in South Jersey Tuesday. Sharpton is scheduled to lead a rally at the Vineland Developmental Center at 8:45am. Governor Chris Christie says he will close the Vineland center, costing 1,400 Cumberland County jobs. Two other protests have been planned for today throughout the state, to oppose the governor’s budget plans. They are a panel discussion in Trenton and a worker’s rights rally at Newark City Hall.
