A 16 year old boy alleges that he was bitten by a shark at the Cape Henlopen State Park on Monday in Delaware. CBS3 in Philadelphia reports that the boy told authorities that he felt something grab his arm while he was swimming Monday afternoon. He said he was in five feet of water when the attack happened. The opening of the beaches at the park in Delaware was being delayed Tuesday morning.
