Several bills are headed to the desk of Governor Phil Murphy to help the state respond to Covid-19. One bill would alleviate rent payments for small businesses up to three months, while another protects health insurance coverage for those who need it. Nearly 577,000 New Jerseyans have filed for unemployment benefits.
