SENTENCING IN SEXUAL ASSAULT AGAINST MINORS

A Pennsylvania man was sentenced to 8 years in prison for the abuse of two child victims in 2010. The incidents included a sexual assault of a 17-year-old boy, and sexual acts performed in the presence of a 12-year-old boy that constitute child abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. John S. Poston, 47, of the 2000 block of Slocum Road, Mountain Top, PA, had transported each victim on separate dates to his residence of the time on the 500 block of Sherwood Road, Mays Landing. He will also be registered under Megan’s Law.
