The Ocean City Gazette reports that sentencing for the owners of Manco & Manco Pizza has been postponed for the third time. Charles and Mary Bangle were scheduled to be sentenced in federal court in Camden on Friday, after pleading guilty to tax fraud in July. A 30-count indictment was originally filed against the Bangles. In a plea agreement the pair pleaded guilty to charges of tax evasion and making false statements to IRS agents. Sentencing has now been scheduled for Wednesday, May 5th, in front of U.S. District Judge Robert Kugler.
