A sentencing date for the former beach fee director in Ocean City has been moved to February 5th. Charles Cusack of Egg Harbor Township pleaded guilty to a charge of sexual assault after admitting to having sexual relations with an underage employee. Cusack is not expected to receive jail time, but he could get a long term of probation.
