SENATOR TESTA: “WE WANT TO SEE THE BEACHES AND BOARDWALKS EMPTY”

New Jersey State Senator Michael Testa says this is the one time that “we want to see the beaches and the boardwalks empty”.  Testa is calling for out of state residents to remain self quarantined and follow common sense precautions to prevent the spread of coronavirus.  Testa said now is not the time to be traveling to tourist areas.
