New Jersey Senate President Steve Sweeney is calling for one of the justices who sits on the state’s supreme court to resign. Democrat Steve Sweeney has called for the resignation of Supreme Court Justice Roberto Rivera-Soto. Soto claims that the current makeup of the court is “unconstitutional” and he announced that he would abstain from all court decisions until a change is made. Sweeney is angered with the announcement, and is now calling for Rivera-Soto to be removed from the bench.
