SENATE ACCEPTS CHANGES TO MEDICAL MARIJUANA BILL

The state Senate voted to accept changes Gov. Chris Christie made to a bill to ease some access to medical marijuana for children. The big sticking point that Gov. Chris Christie wouldn’t approve involved sending children to multiple doctors to get approval to get the drug in the first place. One of the advancements the legislation made was allowing for edible versions of the drugs, but only for minors.
