State Senator Michael Testa is calling for the resignation of New Jersey Department of Corrections Commissioner Marcus Hicks. Testa wrote an op-ed piece that has been published that says Hicks should resign, or be fired by Governor Murphy. Testa believes that the Department has failed to protect inmates and staff at New Jersey prisons during the Covid-19 pandemic.
