A second suspect was arrested and charged in connection with a shooting in Atlantic City last month. NBC-40 reports that Thomas Belcher, 25, was charged with multiple offenses, in the shooting of Michael Trivisonno, 21, of Egg Harbor Township, at the Tropicana Casino on January 29th. Belcher is being held on $100,000 bail.
