SECOND LARGE FISH KILL FOUND AT NEW JERSEY BEACHES

A second massive fish kill has impacted the Jersey Shore.  This time, it was again peanut bunker baitfish that washed ashore in Little Egg Harbor, Ocean County.  The fish had been seen jumping the night before and were found dead on the beach the next day.  The State says fish have washed up on several lagoons in the Great Bay, and the kill was due to dissolved oxygen in the water.
