A hotel and golf course have been bought by Richard Stockton College. The school is purchasing the Seaview Hotel in Galloway and the two golf courses that go along with the resort. The school has said they plan to use it both for additional student housing, but also to develop its hotel management courses. Some areas of the resort will be maintained as a resort, with current management continuing to administrate. Guests and students will be kept separated as result.
