One New Jersey shore community devastated by Hurricane Sandy will be open today..for seven hours. Seaside Heights Mayor Bill Akers announced that residents can visit the community for only seven hours today between the hours of 8am and 3pm. Many traffic lights are not working in the community today and street signs are missing.
