A 68 year old Sea Isle City man has been sentenced to six years in prison and ordered to pay nearly $10 million in restitution courtesy of a fraud scheme he ran through his payroll company. John Scholtz ran Innovative Payroll Services, LLC; for four years, Scholtz or his staffers would withdraw funds from the accounts.
