SEA ISLE CITY WOMAN PERISHES IN MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT

An 84 year old woman from Sea Isle City was killed last week in a motor vehicle accident.  State Police say Blanche Mazurie was killed when the car she was riding in was forced to swerve into a head on collision with a pickup truck near the Seaside Cemetery in Upper Township, on Route 9.  The driver of the car she was riding in, 76 year old Edith Ruth of Sea Isle, suffered severe injuries in the accident.  The driver of the pickup suffered minor injuries.
