Sixteen families in Sea Isle City have been helped by a fund set up following Hurricane Sandy. Local residents and business owners continue to raise funds for storm victims through the “Hurricane Sandy Sea Isle City Relief Fund,” which was first created in November, 2012. Sea Isle City Chamber of Commerce President Chris Glancey said efforts are continuing to try and help those who are still in need. To make a donation, drop-off checks or money orders payable to “Hurricane Sandy Sea Isle City Relief Fund” to any 1st Bank of Sea Isle City location or mail donations directly to 4301 Landis Avenue, Sea Isle City, NJ 08243.
