A new city hall will be discussed later this month in Sea Isle City. On Tuesday, July 23rd, at the City Council meeting, the administration will present updated renderings of the proposed facility. The current plan is to receive authorization from council to proceed with completion of construction documents at the August 13th council meeting; with the objective to go out for public bids in November and award a construction contract by the end of the year. Construction of the project is expected to take 16 to 20 months to complete. City Hall was unusable following the damage from Hurricane Sandy.
