SEA ISLE CITY POLICE WARNING PUBLIC ABOUT TELEPHONE SCAM

Sea Isle City Police have issued a notice on social media about a telephone scam.  Police say the phone number appears to be that of the police department, and someone is falsely representing that he is an officer, there are outstanding warrants to be paid, and gift cards will be accepted for payment.  Police are seeking input from citizens who have received these types of telephone solicitations.
