SEA ISLE CITY NAMES ANDRE CIPALDO DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS

Sea Isle City has named Andre Cipaldo as its Director of Public Works.  That appointment was made during Council’s first meeting of January.  During the meeting council also hired an animal control officer, and now permits the existence of estate sales and demolition sales throughout the city.
