SEA ISLE CITY HAS SMALL INLET AREA PROTECTED TO PRESERVE BIRDS

Sea Isle City Mayor Len Desiderio announced that environmental partners will continue to have a temporary barrier established near dunes in the Townsend’s Inlet area of the community to protect endangered birds.  Desiderio says the barrier has been installed by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and still provides a generous area of the beach for recreational enjoyment.
