SCHUNDLER TO TESTIFY IN SENATE ON “RACE TO TOP”

Former Education Commissioner Bret Schundler is going to testify during a Senate hearing on the state’s failed “Race to the Top” application today. Democratic lawmakers want to find out where the mistake was made and how was it allowed to happen. A costly error was made to one of the questions that left New Jersey out in the cold for $400 million. The state provided the wrong budget numbers.
