– All Atlantic County government offices will open at 9 am
– All NJ Transit rail service is subject to 15 minute delays due to winter weather conditions. Access Link service covering Atlantic, Cape May and southern Ocean counties will start service at 12 noon with all other Access Link service expected to operate regular service.
