An accident in Hamilton Township on Wednesday saw a motor vehicle hit a school bus. Investigation revealed that Corey Briscoe, age 41 of Williamstown, was driving a white Audi Wagon east bound on Route 322. Briscoe encountered traffic and tried to avoid it by driving on the shoulder. The school bus operated by Jean Hicks, age 68, of Folsom, was making a right turn into the Plaza Motel to pick up students when Briscoe’s vehicle struck the bus. Briscoe’s vehicle was towed from the scene and he was issued summonses for Careless Driving and Failure to Maintain a Lane.
