There are scattered power outages throughout Cape May County and the rest of South Jersey this morning. Atlantic City Electric’s outage map shows a few areas in the county where power was knocked out in a small section of Lower Township; Wildwood also reports a handful of outages. Utility officials warned the public about widespread power outages due to gusting winds and tree limbs falling onto power lines.
