The death toll related to Hurricane Sandy has reached six in New Jersey. Princeton Township police reported 61-year-old William Sword was found trapped beneath a tree that fell as he cleared debris from his driveway Monday night. On Tuesday the body of 69-year-old Joseph Godleski, of South Hackensack, was pulled from the Hackensack River, which overflowed its banks. Mendham Township police say a man and a woman were killed and two children were injured when a large tree fell on their pickup truck on Monday night. Hawthorne police say a 77-year-old borough man was killed when a tree crashed into his house in the Passaic County community. And an Atlantic City woman had a heart attack and died while she was being evacuated on Monday.
