SANDCASTLE STADIUM TO GET IMPROVEMENTS

A stadium that was allowed to decay is going to get new life. Atlantic City officials have voted to approve at $1.2 million bond to repair Sandcastle Stadium and will also allow work to be done at Bader Field. The stadium has been in consideration for another minor league baseball team to move into the stadium. City officials are hoping these improvements will help bring a more full-time tenant to the stadium.
