The Supreme Court of the state says gay marriage is official to begin on Monday. The ruling approves a lower court’s decision to avoid a stay in the case. The court will still hear an appeal on the case at a later date, but won’t force same-sex couples to wait for that decision. The Christie administration said they wanted a stay until the appear was heard.
