Safe surrender has come for anyone with warrants out there. People wishing to turn themselves in can come to the Grace Assembly God Church in Atlantic City on Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Mass processing will be taking place with a judge on site. The idea is that those who turn themselves in will be looked on favorably and get reduced punishments. Anyone can present themselves from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
