RUTGERS UNIVERSITY HIRES NEW ATHLETIC DIRECTOR

Rutgers University has made a significant hiring following the Mike Rice scandal. The school has named Julie Hermann as the new athletic director. She most recently served as the assistant athletic director of Louisville. Tim Pernetti resigned from his job following the fall out of the Rice scandal. Hermann will lead Rutgers into their new athletic life as they join the Big-10.
