RUTGERS’ HERMANN MENTIONED IN LOUISVILLE DISCRIMINATION LAWSUIT

It keeps getting worse of Rutgers University. New Athletic Director Julie Hermann is now mentioned in a discrimination lawsuit at Louisville University. Hermann isn’t named in the suit but has her name mentioned in the filing. The New York Times was the first on the report. Hermann has previously been mentioned because of abuse claims made against Hermann over a decade ago when she was a coach at Tennessee University. Rutgers had previously fired basketball coach Mike Rice for abuse towards players on his team and forced the previous athletic director Tim Pernetti. Hermann was the second in the command of the athletic department in Louisville before coming to Rutgers.
