Rules were put in place by the State of New Jersey over the weekend for indoor dining when it begins Thursday. Restaurants will only be able to seat to 25 percent occupancy, and only staff can bring food and beverages to the table. All customers must wear face coverings, unless they are eating. Tables must also remain six feet apart from others, in all directions.
