ROWAN STUDENT KILLED BY DRUNK DRIVER

A 22-year old student from Rowan University was killed Friday by an alleged drunk driver.  Glassboro Police say Matthew Uhl of Little Egg Harbor was struck by a car early Friday morning driven by Derric Gilliam of Connecticut.  Gilliam was drunk at the time of the accident and had an open bottle of vodka in his vehicle.  Uhl suffered a serious brain injury and died about 12 hours after the accident.
