The beach fill has started, again, in Strathmere. A dredge that pumped 700,000 cubic yards of sand on the beach in Avalon has moved back to Strathmere to finish a job there. It will take about ten days to complete the beach fill in Strathmere before the dredge moves to Sea Isle City. This latest beach fill will conclude around Whale Beach.
