The budget projections for this fiscal year in the state appear to be on track. David Rosen, from the non-partisan Office of Legislative Services, says that the projections appear to be more or less on track for the first half of this fiscal year. Rosen says some numbers are up more than projected, and some down more, but overall the state appears to be in a decent financial situation.
