ROBBERY ATTEMPT MADE AT JEWELRY STORE IN CAPE MAY

A theft occurred at a jewelry store in Cape May and police need help. One male and one female concealed their faces from video surveillance with body positioning and large hats. The suspects used tools to attempt to pick the locks and open the glass display cases at Mary Ann’s Jewelry Store on July 16. Police would also like to know if any businesses in the area of the Washington Street Mall have video surveillance they can share between 2:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. on July 16.
