Two men are facing robbery and drug charges after breaking into a vehicle in Lower Township. Police there charged Ryan Cluff and Kyle Flannelly, both of the township, in the incident. Cluff was arrested for robbery, while Flannelly, was found in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia as well. Flannelly faces $25,000 bail and was taken to the Cape May County Jail.
