New Jersey State Police are investigating a road rage pepper spray incident on the Garden State Parkway. Police say on December 30th a man was pepper sprayed in the face by another motorists who believe the victim was taking too long to pay his toll. The suspect sped off after the incident in Lacey Township and no arrests have been made.
