Road construction projects throughout the State continue to be shut down, now for a second week. The Christie administration shut down all of the projects after the legislature failed to approve an increase in the gasoline tax to finance the Transportation Trust Fund. Dozens of transportation projects locally are on the skids until the funding issue is resolved.
