A state Supreme Court justice has changed his mind. Associate Justice Roberto Rivera-Soto said he would abstain on all cases while a temporary justice is sitting on the bench. Rivera-Soto changed his mind saying that after some thought he decided to be apart of the process. Many lawmakers were looking at impeachment of Rivera-Soto because he was not doing what was asked of him.
