RIP CURRENTS POSSIBLE THIS WEEKEND THANKS TO GASTON

Hurricane Gaston has virtually no chance of coming close to the Jersey Shore, but the rip currents may be felt along our beaches this weekend.  The National Weather Service says rip currents could occur at the shore this weekend thanks to the storm being hundreds of miles away from the coastline.  The best chance for rip currents is during the latter part of the weekend; beach goers should pay attention to any advisories posted by local beach patrols.
