The unveiling of the renovations of an area library will take place today. The Upper Branch of the Cape May County Library system will be displayed today at 2 p.m. The reading room of the library will be dedicated to the former Library Commission Chair Mary Dempsey. A ribbon cutting will also take place in conjunction.
